Features

Soya Lecithin is the by-product in the production process of soybean oil. It is light brown sticky liquid with sweet-scented.

1. Lecithin can play the role of emulsifying, wetting, dispersing, increasing surface activity and anti-oxidation.

2. Lecithin is an indispensable component of animal brain, nervous tissue, bone marrow and viscera. It is an important component of biofilm, especially for the growth and development of young animals.

3. Lecithin provide choline, colamine, organophosphorus and inositol, participate in lipid metabolism, it can contribute to the digestion, absorption, transport and process of lipids in feed, and prevent the production of fatty liver.
