The effects of soybean phosphatidylcholine oil powder on the growth and body composition of juvenile and larva of Pseudosciaena crocea were studied by feeding growth experiments for 30 days and 60 days, respectively. The optimum demand of soybean phosphatidylcholine oil powder for juvenile and larva of Pseudosciaena crocea was determined Quantity. 0%, 5% and 12% soybean phospholipid oil powder were added to the feed of young and juveniles to prepare the artificial micro pellet feed with equal nitrogen and other fat. The experiment feed was made up of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% soybean phospholipid oil powder. The results showed that the survival rate, specific growth rate and terminal body length increased with the increase of soybean phospholipid oil content. The survival rate, specific growth rate and terminal body length of the group without soybean phospholipid oil powder were significantly lower than those of the control group and soybean phospholipid oil powder addition group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). However, the addition of soybean phosphatidylcholine in the feed did not significantly affect the survival rate and specific growth rate of juvenile fish (P0.05). With the increase of soybean phospholipid oil content, the crude fat of juvenile fish showed an increasing trend. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). With the increase of soybean phospholipid oil content, the crude fat content of juvenile fish decreased first and then increased. When the soybean phospholipid oil content was 5.86%, it was the lowest, significantly lower than other treatment groups (P0.05). With the increase of the content of soybean phospholipid oil powder, the liver fat content of juvenile fish increased first and then decreased. When the content of soybean phospholipid oil powder was 3.05%, it was the highest, which was significantly higher than other treatment groups (P0.05); the content of soybean phospholipid oil powder without feed was significantly higher than 7.4% and 9.63% group (P0.05).


The above is about the introduction of soybean phospholipid oil powder, and its growth promoting effect is mainly in the juvenile stage; soybean phospholipid oil powder will not significantly affect the growth of large yellow croaker in the juvenile stage, but the appropriate amount of phospholipid may be conducive to the absorption and transportation of fat.
